From day one Three things you will know in the first week

  • Where the fuel goes

Refuels and drains, detected by the sensor in the tank. The yard tank — what was delivered into it and what was drawn. Fuel receipts, checked against the refuels the tracker saw at around the same time.

  • How many engine hours it worked

Engine hours are counted from the ignition, not from movement — a combine waiting at the headland still clocks them. Enter the hour meter at fitting and the count carries on from there; you see it for any day and any period up to three months.

  • Where every machine is — and in which field

Draw your fields on the map or import them from a file — GeoJSON or KML, as subsidy portals export them. A trip that starts or ends inside a field is named after the field, and every field shows its spray window for the next 48 hours.

Fuel control The litres you paid for, and the litres that went in

On a farm, much of the fuel goes through the yard tank. In the Monthly fuel report every machine has its own row: how much was bought — on receipts and from the yard tank — how much went into the tank by the refuels detected, how much was burned, and the norm. Both differences are worked out for you.

A gap over 5% or 25 L is coloured — amber, never red. It is a question worth asking, not an accusation. And if there is an explanation, you enter a correction with its reason, and it stays in the report.

The Monthly fuel report: bought, into tank, burned and norm for three machines.

Costs and service Service by engine hours, not by the calendar

A tractor does not work by the month but by the season. You set the interval in engine hours or kilometres, and the alert comes when the machine has actually got there.

Repairs, service, tyres, parts, insurance, tax and fees — every cost is logged against its machine, and the Repairs report shows what each engine hour and each 100 km cost you.

The Repairs report: costs by kind, per engine hour and per 100 km.

Live GPS tracking You open it in the morning and leave it open

In the morning you see which machine went out to which field and which is still in the yard. Where machines crowd together, the map gathers them into a circle with a count. The trails of several machines sit side by side so you can compare them.

And place names come first from your own places — “The yard”, “Simeonovo site” — and only then from the address service we run ourselves.

The weekend tax Who was working at 23:40 on Saturday

If your farm has to be able to show which use of its pickups and cars is business and which is private, that is the question everyone in Bulgaria calls данък уикенд — the “weekend tax”. You set the fleet's working hours — days, hours, closed days, time zone. Every trip that starts outside them is marked on its own, and marked “Private”.

Only a manager or the owner can change it to “Business”, and only with a reason. The reason, the role and the time stay beside the trip, and every change — in either direction — goes into the audit trail. Not to accuse anyone, but so there is an answer when someone asks three months later.

The After-hours report: trips marked Private and Business, with the reason.

Installation Fitted by a technician who knows machines

A tracker is not a box you fit yourself. It is installed on site — on the tractor, the combine, the sprayer, any specialised machinery — by an authorised partner who wires in the ignition, the fuel sensor and whatever the machine can tell over CAN.

Your account on the platform is created by us, at Parsing Ltd — there is no sign-up to do yourself.

Want to see it with your own machines?

Call us. We will show you the platform, ask what machines you run, and tell you honestly whether it will do the job.
